ISLAND AFFOGATO

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Ron Beard Coffee Bean & Vanilla Rum Liqueur

• 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

• A shot of hot espresso

Instructions:

  1. ​Place a scoop of ice cream in a dessert glass.

  2. Pour the hot espresso and Ron Beard Rum Liqueur over the ice cream. Serve immediately.

CARIBBEAN ICED LATTE

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Ron Beard Coffee Bean & Vanilla Rum Liqueur

• 6 oz. cold milk

• 2 oz. cold brew coffee

• Sugar to taste

Instructions:

  1. ​In a tall glass, mix the cold brew coffee and sugar until sugar is dissolved.

  2. Add the rum and milk.

  3. Stir well and serve over ice.
